No broken bones

Dad had x-rays done today on his shoulder and hips and all checked out to be fine.

He is being seen by a ton of doctors today that will continue the rest of the week. He will be at Virtua Voorhees until Monday.

They need to check out basically his whole body (head/brain to toe)...so that they know whether or not Dad could be 'faking' it.

Mom and I read to him the blog this evening during my visit; and he was genuinely touched that so many people from all over are praying for him. I think I've mentioned this before but he is very emotional these days; so he starts crying when he hears about people praying for him; or when people come to visit because it is "such an encouragement to me."

Good night

Mr.and Mrs. Steve,Kimberly, Kevin and Family,

Sorry it has been a while since I have posted. I have been praying and will continue to pray. I was thinking about you all when I posted some pictures from Mr. Steve's 40th birthday party on the Sandy Cove Group on Facebook.

I can't wait to hear more encouraging news of your recovery - even if it is baby steps.

Remember Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee.

Another translation says it this way...The man whose heart is unmoved you will keep in peace, because his hope is in you.

There has been talk of a grand Sandy Cove 90's reunion so please keep getting better - we couldn't set a date without the guests of honor - the family that gave so much of themselves to a rag tag bunch of kids :)

Love you!

Mr. Steve, Mrs. Steve, Kevin, Kimberly,

We are still praying and we won't stop. I check the blog many times a day for updates. We love you all very much and pray that God will bring healing to your body. Like Jen said we have been having fun looking back on our found memories of working together. Since you have a computer you should check them out. Some of them will make you laugh and may even birghten your day.

Love you all,
Laura

Mr. & Mrs. D, Kimberly, Kevin & Family:

Look how many people love and pray for you. I know how much you all invested in me during my teen years. That has always meant so much to me. And now I'm reading all these other people saying the same thing. You have obviously given so much to so many and everyone has wonderful memories of their time with your family. How amazing to have so much good said of you--what a testament to your faithfulness to God, to your family and to so many you've encountered over the years. Prayers continue.

Hugs,
Julie

Psalm 31:3
For you are my rock and my fortress, for your namesake you will lead me and guide me.

Psalm 71:3
Be to me a rock of habitation to which I may continually come; you have given commandment to save me, for YOU are my rock and my fortress.

We are praying for you Steve, keep believing, keep pressing on! We love you!
